WHY 4T+ PERFORMANCE WAS CREATED

4T+ Performance was founded by Brian Stephens, who has dedicated nearly 40 years to fitness, nutrition, performance, and healthy aging.

After a life-changing ATV accident as a teenager ended his dream of competing in college athletics, Brian redirected his competitive drive toward fitness and bodybuilding.

That journey led him to the national amateur bodybuilding stage, earning a degree in Nutritional Sciences and Biochemistry from the University of Florida, and spending more than 30 years working within one of the world's largest healthcare companies.

Throughout his career, Brian coached colleagues, executives, friends, and family members on fitness, nutrition, supplementation, hormone optimization, recovery, and healthy aging.

One thing became increasingly clear:

People were becoming more successful professionally while becoming less healthy physically.
